IDA Documentary Awards 2025 – Fee Discount or Waiver Request Form

Please do not submit the entry form before getting a response to your discount/waiver request. If you get a response after the deadline of an entry period, you will receive a discount code to honor the entry fee at the time of your filling out this form.

We recognize the economic hardship that independent producers experience and can offer a fee waiver on a case-by-case basis. To apply for a fee waiver fill out the following form by July 15, 2025. Waiver codes will not be eligible for use on late submissions. Requests will be reviewed by IDA staff on a regular basis until the form closes on July 15, 2025. All requests will receive a response before the close of the Call For Entries on August 1, 2025.
