Thank you for your interest in submitting to the IDA Documentary Awards! We are pleased to support the distribution strategy for your project by requesting a late submission extension. Please fill out the new request form for each project. Do not combine project requests for multiple projects. Requests for deadline exceptions for eligible projects expected to be completed after August 1, 2025, are considered on a case-by-case basis. A late submission request should be made no later than August 15, 2025. A deadline extension fee will be added to submissions accepted after August 15, 2025. Waiver codes will not be eligible for use on late submissions.

Note: The final deadline for approved projects is dependent on your timeline, but we will not accept any projects after September 15, 2025.
